Shopping Deal Days on Amazon can be daunting. I have been an Amazon Associate for over a year now, and with that, we receive notifications of deals in advance, but I have also learned a lot about how to sniff out the best deals, and pass on the not so great deals.
Please be aware that Amazon prices change on a dime. I am sharing great deals with you at the time that I publish, but the price could literally change within the hour.
One tip for finding the best deals, is that you want to see that the price overall has come down since you started watching an item. To do this, I add items to my “lists” and the price at the time I added the item is noted by Amazon. When I look again a few days later, there will be a notation that the price has either increased or decreased.
Another way to determine that Amazon is in fact offering a good deal on an item, there may be a red label below the price that says, “limited time deal”. If the deal is close to expiring, there may even be a countdown clock, also in red.
Another way to find a good deal is to look for items with coupons at checkout. For instance, the Under Desk Walking Treadmill that I featured below, has a $30 coupon at checkout. If you fail to click on the coupon to activate it, it will not come off your checkout total.
Unfortunately, this takes a TON of browsing time, of which I am sure, you don’t have a lot of.
