Wal-Mart has really increased the quality and selection of women’s apparel lately. While the closest store to me never seems to have anything new or appealing, I see so many great looking pieces online, especially at the beginning of a new season. They have really outdone themselves this Fall! You’ve probably seen other influencers showcasing Wal-Mart fashion, because it really is that good!

In nearby Dallas, Georgia, we have a Wal-Mart Supercenter that was recently remodeled as a test store for implementing new tech and retail offerings. They seem to consistently have all the newer fashions, and everything is merchandised really well there. Otherwise, I have to purchase online. I usually receive online purchases within 3 to 5 days of placing the order. I am the kind of person that likes to see things for myself, so I try to go to the Dallas Wal-Mart when I am in the area.

The lines to look for are: Free Assembly, Scoop, Sofia Vergara, Celebrity Pink and Time and Tru. The Dallas Wal-Mart even had some cocktail dresses and cute casual pieces from BCBG Paris! I have noticed online that Wal-Mart even has a new line of shoes with Steve Madden.

In summary: DON’T SLEEP ON WAL-MART FASHION, LADIES!

Today I am styling for you some new Fall pieces from Celebrity Pink, Sofia Vergara, Free Assembly, and Time and Tru. (For reference, I am 5’ 6” tall and 140 lbs. I am a 34D with a 28” waist. I usually wear a medium in tops and size 6-8 in pants.)

I had a shorts version of this boiler suit this Summer that I LOVED and received compliments on every time I wore it. This could be styled so many ways. For comfort, I paired it with flats, but it would also look great with a wedge sandal, and a cool belt. I love a popped collar, and the collar is perfect for that look as well. I will probably pair this with a black turtleneck this winter and wear with a blazer or bomber jacket. The denim is thick, so it will be a nice warm option when it gets colder. You could wear a tank top or camisole underneath and leave a couple of buttons open, the styling options are endless!

This shirtdress far exceeded my expectations! First, can we celebrate the pockets? Yes, thank you. This is such a polished look without being at all uncomfortable. This dress would look great with nude flats or a heel. It could also benefit from a nude belt with gold buckle. It ran a little large to me, but then it isn’t tailored through the waist or arms. I honestly hope it shrinks just a smidge when I wash it. The striped pattern gives it a classic look without being boring. I just love this dress, definitely a keeper!

This denim shirtdress is quite thick and very well made. If I didn't know the price point, I would guess it to be a $50-$75 dress. As with the previous dress, it would look more polished with a leather belt. I think this would also make an awesome duster to wear over an outfit. There is some tailoring to the sleeve on this one, and it is perfect for a popped collar! I styled it here with some winter white boots and with flats. I think it would also look great with black boots and black tights in the winter.

Confession: I don’t love these coated jeans - I think they would be better in a faux leather or black denim. I actually meant to buy another pair called the Melisa Jean in faux leather, with a straight leg, but I grabbed these by mistake. These would be fun for a concert paired with an edgy jacket and fun heels. They also make a terrible noise when I walk, which I think would drive me crazy. Leather, faux leather or coated denim can be tricky to pull off - the fit has to be right and it is hard to work with the faux and coated materials. I also couldn’t visualize many ways to wear these jeans, so sadly, they are going back. Still, the price point is great, and black leather is trending this season, so at least I tried the low cost option. I have spied a nice looking pair of vegan leather strait leg jeans at Banana Republic Factory and I will be looking at those on my first opportunity!

When is the last time you paid less than $20 for a pair of jeans? I honestly can’t remember - 1995 maybe? These jeans are amazing quality - with details that are trending this year like the braided waist detail and the front patch pockets. Technically, these are juniors sizes, so they run a little small. I am wearing a pair of size 7, but I have already ordered a pair of size 9 and I think they will fit a little better. The flare on these is nice and wide and I love them with heels, makes you feel like you have legs for days.! At this price, you could easily get them tailored to wear with flats too - my drycleaner charges $16 to hem jeans. Don’t wait on these, at this price point they will not last long!

This hoodie is everything you want in a Fall top. The waffle knit makes me think of thermal underwear, so cozy! The fit is oversized without sizing up, and the colors are so good! There are small slits on the sides of the banded hem, and a drawstring for the hood. A great fit overall, I suspect I will grab this one all the time!

I purchased this sweater in winter white back in January and I have worn it maybe a hundred times since. It is the perfect weight and works buttoned or unbuttoned. I have often grabbed it on my way out when I know I am going to be indoors with unpredictable air conditioning temperatures. This price point can’t be beat, and shorter, button up cardigans are trending this season.
