It’s week #9 on the flower farm, a little over 2 months since we tilled the soil and planted seeds. And guess what? It’s HARVEST WEEK!! Yes, I cut flowers for commercial bouquets for the first time yesterday. WOW!
Right now, I am only cutting zinnias and sunflowers, but the colors and varieties are so fun!
I thought about adding some existing blooms that my mother-in-love had planted on the property over the years. There are lots of hydrangea, phlox and lilies of all kinds. She also has a huge forsythia bush, while it isn’t in bloom right now, but it would be a perfect green stem to add to bouquets. I may add some things in future bouquets, but right now, the sunflowers and zinnias are really showing off!
Starting today, I have a limited number of bouquets for sale, just in time for back to school! You should purchase a bouquet for a special teacher or give yourself a little treat for sending the kiddos back to school and keeping your sanity!
I have two bouquet sizes available:
Mason Jar Bouquets are pint sized jars filled with 8 to 10 stems, for $15
Standard Bouquets are placed in a 7” tall clear glass cylinder vase, and include 15 to 20 stems for $25
Bouquets will be available for porch pick up from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at my home in Senator’s Ridge subdivision today, Tuesday, July 30, 2024.

Coming soon, Dahlias!
We anticipate that our dahlia blooms will be available starting in approximately one month (around mid to late August).
Once Dahlias come in, we will have an additional offering called our Premium bouquet that will include 2-3 dahlia stems (a premium flower) starting at $35 each.
The best way to purchase from us this Fall will be through a subscription service. You will be able to purchase a six week floral bouquet subscription, for $210 with either a free pick up option or $225 with delivery to your home included. You pay once and receive fresh, locally grown bouquets for six weeks!
We will launch this option as soon as the dahlias are available in large quantities.
Thank you in advance for your support of this small, family owned and operated business. We hope our flowers bring joy to everyone who sees them!
